EASY DRIVER is a service aggregator that has entered into agreement with various automotive services providers,
with the aim to offer our customers with competitive and exclusive discount offers.
We continuously aim to add as many industry verticals to our growing list; and we are particularly careful with our partner selection. In our selection we aim to partner with the most reputable and reliable service providers that we can trust to offer the best of quality, best of service and best offers to our customers. While we are careful with our selection and ensure that all partners meet and pass a quality check list, yet we are not in control of their facility, type and quality of service or product. Therefore, we are not responsible or accountable for all and any direct dealings including but not limited to that of transactions, warranty or quality of product and service maintenance. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to choose from a wide selection of partners available and accordingly it’s the customer’s decision and choice to deal with any particular partner and use their service or product. Nevertheless, we remain keen to know of any complaints that may arise with any partner. We will investigate such instances; however, only to direct the partner to improve their customer service levels and not repeat such incident with any other customer. In case they do not show improvement or repeat such incident and we receive complaints from other customers, we may choose to discontinue our cooperation and ultimately de-list them from our service; should we find such action necessary. However, beyond that we do not take any legal responsibility or bear any legal liability or be accountable to take any action to resolve any issues that require compensation of any kind. Therefore, it’s the customer’s sole discretion to choose to deal with a partner and to directly take necessary action to report a partner outside the scope of responsibility related directly or indirectly to EASY DRIVER. |

تهدف الشركه باستمرار إلى إضافة أكبر عدد من قطاعات صناعية السيارت إلى قائمتنا المتنامية و تحرص الشركة بشكل خاص على اختيار شركائها. تهدف الشركه في اختيارها إلى الشراكة مع مقدمي الخدمات الأكثر شهرة و مصداقيه وجوده يمكننا الوثوق بهم لتقديم أفضل الخدمات و أفضل العروض لعملائنا. تهدف الشركة على اختيارتها و التأكد من أن جميع الشركاء يجتازون قائمة فحص الجودة، إلا أن الشركه لا تتحكم في منشأتهم وجودة الخدمة أو المنتج. لذلك تكون الشركة غير مسؤله عن جميع و أي تعاملات مباشرة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المعامبلت الماديه أو الضمان أو جودة صيانة المنتج و الخدمة. تقع على عاتق العميل وحده مسؤليولية و الأختيار من بين مجموعة واسعة من الشركاء المتاحين، و بالتالي فإن قرار العميل و اختياره في التعامل مع أي شريك معين و استخدام خدمته أو منتجه تكون مسؤلية العميل وحده. تحرص الشركه على معرفة أي شكاوى قد تنشأ مع أي شريك و التحقق منها وذلك فقط لتوجيه الشريك لتحسن مستوى خدمتة و عدم التكرار مع أي عميل آخر فقط. في حالة عدم إظهار أي تحسن أو تكرار شكاوي من عملاء آخرين، فقد نختار وقف تعاوننا و حذفهم من خدمتنا إذا وجدنا مثل هذا الإجراء ضرورياً. ويترتب عليه فلا تتحمل الشركه أي مسؤولية قانونيه نوع. العميل وحده اتخاذ أي إجراء لحل أي قضايا تتطلب تعويض. العميل وحده مسؤولية أزي درايفر القانونية بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر. |
